Late Pledge Mats -- Limited Extra Inventory -- Available for Retail Purchase!

Hi folks!
At this point I'm confident all mats have been delivered (or at least are on the last mile) and all lost UPS/USPS packages have been rectified, so I have final counts for the (very) limited quantities of the extra mats.
I just opened the late pledge store and am sharing with backers first, and will email to the list of 300+ other interested folks in a few days, so you get a first crack at mats if you want more! They are first-come-first-served and once sold out, will not be available until my next print run (no expected timing at this point). The store is a bit different than Kickstarter discounted pricing levels -- mats retail @ $45/each, which includes free shipping in the USA. There's additional shipping added for international orders, priced the same as it was in the KS -- sorry international backers, shipping is SUPER expensive and there's nothing I can do about it, so it's dumbly high.
Quantities of each individual mat design vary from <20 to 60 and I expect them to go pretty fast. You can jump into the store and order HERE if you are interested.
*Note on shipping* -- I am heading out of town tomorrow for a week, so late orders will start shipping end of next week!

Hi there folks! It's been a long road, but at this point I can confidently say the Kickstarter is (almost) wrapped up! All mats shipped out many weeks ago and I've been dealing with the fun process of lost packages from USPS and UPS, but that comes with the territory.
It's relevant though because I have had a lot of interest in purchasing additional mats. But my #1 priority before releasing the extra inventory for late pledge is making sure that each and every backer has the mats they ordered through the Kickstarter in their hands! So the takeaway is this:

I have been monitoring/tracking all the orders and there's only a handful of them still in transit, but in some cases shipping companies mark things as delivered but they magically disappear off your porch, or never actually reached you--and I want to make sure I address all these situations with the limited # of extra mats I have on hand first, to make sure backers get their first pick of mats.
Next Monday (six days from now) I will be opening up the late pledge store for limited quantity mats at retail price -- I'll be alerting you backers first, then ~24 hrs later emailing the 300+ person list of people who signed up for notification -- it's gonna be a first-come, first-served situation, so you'll have to act fast, but I wanna give backers the change to grab extra mats first.
If you have NOT received your original KS order and I don't hear from you by next Mon at the latest then you will risk not receiving your original mat choices, so PLEASE contact me!
There seems to be a lot of interest in future reprints and more designs! I truly hope you are all happy with the product. I designed it to meet my own RPG needs after not finding anything on the market that I liked, and I'm grateful the response has been generally positive.
I definitely want to keep expanding the range, and hope to do another print run soon. I'll put together a "formal" feedback form that you can give me direct feedback in for the next campaign, but I would love to hear comments about what you might like to see for future projects!

Shipping Update -- the light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey you beautiful people!
I have great news to share today -- both USPS and UPS are stopping by today to pick up the *final* delivery of all packaged DungeonMats orders -- meaning by ~5pm CST tonight ALL backer orders will be either delivered or in transit!
You should have all received an email with tracking info (either from BackerKit or from me directly via my shipping system, PirateShip -- or maybe even both).
I've been thrilled with the responses I have gotten from folks who have received their mats so far, and am excited for you ALL to have them in your hands.
A few housekeeping notes:
- If you receive your order and something is not right, please message me directly here on KS or via email to [email protected]
- Some international backers who ordered 3 or 4 mats might have received multiple tracking emails. I made a mistake with some shipping labels and had to refund a bunch after they were already affixed, then repurchase new ones. The most recent one you received should be correct though
- If you did NOT receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder. Also note some folks used a different email in backerkit than in Kickstarter, so please be sure to check both places
- Lastly please confirm your tracking number and order. By tomorrow all labels should be 'in transit'. If yours is NOT or you do not have a tracking number, please shoot me a message or email.
Many folks have expressed interest in purchasing additional mats. I have a VERY limited supply of each design from the last print run, and will be opening up the backerkit store with these designs sometime next week for retail pricing. I will post an update to backers to give you all a heads up before I email the entire waiting list (which is almost 300 people!). You can be sure these will sell out, so you're gonna have to act fast!

Shipping Update

Hi folks!
As you've probably seen, a few folks have posted that they've received their mats already. I wanted to give you a quick update on the status of that. We've been packing and shipping the mats as fast as possible for the last couple weeks. As of tomorrow, all US backers with 4 mats or more will have their orders in transit (or already delivered!). I've packed/shipped most of the international orders of 5 or more as well, with a few of those going out via a mix of UPS and USPS tomorrow as well.
We'll be packing/shipping orders orders more over the next few days/weekend as well, starting with customers with 3 mats then 2 mats, then 1 mat. My wife and I are heading out on a vacation next Tuesday for a week so we're scrambling to get as much shipped as we can before then.

Hi folks!
Things are going great on the shipping/logistics front -- We almost have all 1800 mats from the production order rolled up, packed into the shipping tubes, organized, and stickered. This means that we'll be starting packing and order fulfillment as early as next week! It'll take a number of weeks to get through all the hundreds of orders but we'll be moving pretty quick.
To that end, if you have made any address changes since you initially filled out the BackerKit please take a minute this week to login and update it here: https://dungeonmats-wave-2.backerkit.com/
I'll be locking addresses next week and it will be much harder to make changes, and if we ship to an incorrect address due to a change not being updated, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
